1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and The Coast LLC. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
2. Description of Services
The Coast LLC provides branding, design, technology, and consulting services. The Site provides information and allows users to submit inquiries.
Use of the Site does not create a client relationship. A client relationship is formed only through a separate written agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement.
If you are using the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
All Site content, including text, graphics, designs, code, and media, is owned by The Coast LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.1 Portfolio Display
We may display client work for portfolio purposes unless restricted by agreement.
5.2 License to Use
We grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Site for informational purposes only.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
Use content commercially
Scrape or automate access
Create derivative works
6. User Submissions
You retain ownership of submitted materials but grant us a limited license to use them for responding to inquiries.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the Site unlawfully
Interfere with systems
Access systems without authorization
Transmit harmful code
Impersonate others
Scrape or collect data
Use content to train AI systems
Overload infrastructure
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the greater of:

Amounts paid in the last 12 months
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Coast LLC from third-party claims arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services.
12. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas.
Disputes must first go through a 30-day informal resolution process.
14. Severability
If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
15. Waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and related policies constitute the entire agreement.

18. Terms of Use and Intellectual Property Notice
18.1 Ownership
All content, including design systems, code, and media, is the exclusive property of The Coast LLC.
18.2 Proprietary Systems
You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Site’s systems, design, or code.
18.3 Portfolio Work
Portfolio work may be displayed but may not be reused without permission.
18.4 Trademarks
The Coast, Autonomous Nexus Technology, Colony Manager, and related marks are protected.
18.5 AI and Machine Learning Restriction
You may not use Site content to train, develop, or improve any AI or machine learning system.
18.6 Additional Restrictions
You may not scrape, mirror, embed, or alter any Site content or branding.
